Welcome to the Center for Educational Partnerships (CEP). As part of the University of South Carolina’s College of Education, CEP is the nexus of the College’s robust educational networking throughout South Carolina.
So, how did we get here, and why do we exist?
The College Education and our state’s General Assembly support and sustain this work to promote productive collaboration among our partners and K-12 schools, districts, and community constituents. One distinguishing mark as a College of Education has been, and will continue to be, these robust partnerships that operate throughout South Carolina.
We joined the staff of USC because of this strong commitment to authentic partnerships and the opportunity to support them. This important work serves the education community while influencing the design and delivery of our undergraduate teacher preparation and advanced academic programs. Through such simultaneous renewal, we benefit educational policy, practice, and research – contributing to improving the lives of South Carolinians and providing a national model for college and community partnerships.
We are personally and professionally proud of the accomplishments of CEP, none of which are possible without our partners’ deep expertise and dedicated work. We are excited about the future as CEP and our College continue to foreground their commitment to partnering with purpose.
Join us.
